The specialisation is dedicated to new managers in the aviation industry, aviation professionals who are entering managerial positions, but also current managers and people with experience in the aviation or transport industry who want to broaden their knowledge and improve their skills.

The aviation market is expected to growth steadily, and different prognosis expect that number of passengers traffic and goods transported by air will be twice as high by 2035 as compared to the present.

The Aviation industry is developing dynamically, offering new, attractive prospects for professional development and recovering from the crisis with certain steps. In order to meet the demands of society, new aviation companies are created, thus providing new jobs that will require the knowledge of qualified specialists in the field of aviation. Already in 2019, the aviation industry supported a total of 65.5 million jobs worldwide, and despite the challenges is it faced with, the statistic is forecasted to increase year to year. Boeing Reports states that the growth of air traffic will be followed by the necessity to employ or substitute over 8 million people in global aviation in coming 20 years.

Classes are conducted by leading specialists in the aviation industry, including: Stefan Strobel- Head of Operations Control Center at Cargolux Airlines, Karina Kowalik-experience in passenger and cargo services, ground handling, load planning and airport slot coordination. Working experience as a flying Loadmaster in airlines such as Emirates, UPS, Lufthansa Cargo. Krzysztof Banaszek- from 2008 to 2013 CEO of Polish Air Navigation Services Agency, currently the expert in cooperation with Eurocontrol. He participates in working groups of ICAO and Eurocontrol in the area of Air Navigation and ATM infrastructure, in particular the ICAO European Region Aviation System Planning Group (EASPG) and the ECTL Civil-Military Stakeholder Committee (CMSC). Marcin Wysocki- a specialist in international aviation experienced in handling commercial flights, in particular in the area of ground handling and airport operational management. IATA expert and trainer in aircraft de-icing. The Head of the Operations Department at Lublin Airport.
