STUDENT: Gabriela Dziewit, Poland
HOST UNIVERSITY: Kazimieras Simonavicius University (Vilnius, Lithuania)
FIELD OF STUDY: Aviation Management

“My Erasmus mobility took place in Lithuania – the neighbouring country of Poland. The Kazimieras Simonavicius University in Vilnius was a great option for me. The representatives of the host University were very kind and helpful and the courses were very interesting and informative.

I study Aviation Management at UITM, therefore, the courses I chose at the partner university were in the vast majority Aviation-related. The classes were held in English and we had no problem communicating with each other.

It was my first time in Vilnius and I fell in love with the city. I felt at home there. I met many friends from various countries, and we decided to stay in touch. We even made plans to visit each other in summer, so I can’t wait now!”

My stay in Vilnius was great. I explored unfamiliar places, made new friends, tried new things and got to know other cultures.

I am really glad that I decided to take part in the Erasmus+ exchange programme.

If I have a chance, I’ll participate in it once again.

During my last weekend in Vilnius, I saw the Light Festival, which was held in the city centre. There were light installations in various places all around the city. It was a great farewell surprise. I’ll miss Vilnius, but I hope I will visit it again soon.”
