Students in the Foundation Year English language course celebrated the formal close of the academic year at the IQ Academic Club.
Participants in the course received certificates at the ceremony and the students who participated the most actively received prizes.
The „Europe Day Card” competition winners which the „Poland and the EU” module leaders organized, were also announced, with awards funded by Europe Direct Rzeszów
The ceremony was officially conducted by Mykola Voronin, MA – Deputy Head of the Recruitment Department and Coordinator of the Foundation Year course, in collaboration with Aneta Galant, MA – Head of the Dean’s Office of English Language Studies. In the academic year 2022/2023, the Foundation Year course successfully educated over 50 individuals who completed the B2 level language exam. Participants of the course represent a diverse range of countries, including Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Iran, Vietnam, Yemen, and Saudi Arabia. Concluding the event, an engaging open-air workshop titled „Dream Map” provided students with an opportunity to craft maps envisioning their aspirations for the upcoming summer and the subsequent academic year.
