On June 27, 2024, the University of Information Technology and Management (UITM) in Rzeszów, Poland, will celebrate the International Day!
This annual event aims to promote happiness and well-being through interaction between different nationalities and aspirations for all people worldwide.
This grand event will be held at our campus in Kielnarowa. The day will be marked by a series of joyful activities and events that will bring together students, guests, and staff from diverse backgrounds. The university’s vibrant campus will be adorned with colorful decorations, creating a festive atmosphere that radiates positivity and cheer.
One of the highlights of the celebration will feature esteemed students from various countries, including Ukraine, Japan, Zimbabwe, Kazakhstan, India, Poland, Nigeria, and South Africa. Each nationality will share insights and experiences from their respective cultural contexts, highlighting their unique culture, dressing, food, traditional dances, and other amazing performances.
Attendees will be captivated by the rich cultures of other nationalities. There will be lottery tickets available at the event for different prizes. Additionally, there will be an exceptional disco party, food, and drinks.
Furthermore, UITM will organize a series of interactive workshops and activities designed to promote mindfulness, self-care, and personal growth. Students, guests, and staff will participate in a mob dance, lottery, and other activities, all aimed at fostering connection and embracing diversity among the attendees.
Program:
4 PM – student performances;
6 PM – traditional food
6:30 – 7 PM lottery with prizes sponsored by companies and institutions: Deloitte, Rzeszów City Hall, Podkręte, FlyPark, Aloha-Food, Bowling & Club, Rezydencja Zagadek, Helios, Reskart Racing, WyWrotki;
7:00 p.m. – performance by students from Zimbabwe and open dance workshops for everyone interested;
7:20- 10 PM disco.
Throughout the day, the UITM Kielnarowa campus will be abuzz with laughter, music, and joyful celebrations. Students, guests, and staff will embrace the opportunity to connect with one another, share their stories, and celebrate the simple pleasures that bring happiness into their lives.
The celebration will serve as a powerful reminder that happiness is not just a fleeting emotion but a fundamental human aspiration that transcends borders and cultures, uniting people from all walks of life in a shared pursuit of joy and fulfillment.
