Whether you are continuing your studies or joining us for the very first time, we warmly invite you to visit us. Our mission is simple: to make your life as a student in Rzeszów smoother, easier, and more enjoyable.
For those who are just beginning their studies, you will have the opportunity to meet our team during Orientation Week. This is a perfect chance to get to know us and learn more about the range of services we provide. But Orientation Week is just the beginning—our office is open to every student, at any stage of their academic journey. We are always happy to answer questions, give guidance, and offer practical support not only with academic matters but also with everyday life in Poland.
At the International Student Support Office, we provide assistance with all aspects of legalizing your stay in Poland. This includes helping you obtain a PESEL number, arranging health insurance, and applying for your temporary residence card. We also offer advice on how to navigate university procedures and adapt to life in Rzeszów. If you are ever unsure about paperwork, formalities, or simply how things work here, we are your first point of contact. Our team is committed to making sure you feel supported and informed throughout your studies.
Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and we encourage you to stop by whenever you need assistance. Whether it’s a quick question or a more complex issue, we are here to help. Even if you do not have a specific problem, you are always welcome—sometimes it’s nice just to connect, exchange ideas, and learn about opportunities available to students.
We are also pleased to announce the start of a new recruitment for MAC, the academic circle that operates under ISSO. MAC is a dynamic student organization where you can gain experience beyond the classroom, collaborate with peers, and develop new skills. Joining MAC is a fantastic way to expand your horizons, meet new people, and become an active part of our international student community.
