The NETWORKPOWER Congress and the National Job Fair are organized by the OPTEA Foundation in collaboration with the G2A Arena Exhibition and Congress Center of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship.
This is one of the largest events concerning the labor market sector in Poland. The Job Fair will have more than 200 exhibitors and 28,000 attendees. . 60 speakers will speak at the Congress, and over 1,000 participants will have the opportunity to listen to presentations and participate in discussions.
This year’s job fair will be held on October 17-18 at G2A Arena in Jasionka, near Rzeszów, which is the largest exhibition and congress complex in this region of Poland. The Congress will also be accessible through online broadcasting. This is a unique initiative that will be of particular importance to the labor market as it brings together employers, employees, trade unions, experts, educational institutions, universities, as well as local and central government administration, entities dedicated to professional activation, and labor market organizations. Their convergence at a single venue is aimed at inaugurating the endeavors of the NETWORKPOWER cooperation network. Through this initiative, participants aim to forge new connections or strengthen existing business and professional relationships.
Employers and employees are both in high demand for new solutions. The job market is rapidly changing, and many companies see this as a big opportunity for growth. However, some organizations are facing challenges due to an unusually high increase in inflation. The event organized by the OPTEA Foundation in Rzeszów and G2A Arena provides an opportunity to establish relationships, view your business differently, and discover diverse concepts. This is a great chance for UITM students to find a job, especially for those studying Computer Science, Aviation Management and International Business Management.
