STUDENT: Aktoty Kadyrbek, Kazakhstan
HOST UNIVERSITY: ESC Troyes group (Troyes, France)
My Erasmus story started in April 2017. Nerves, a lot of documents, problems, hours of away, all of those were just one side of the coin. Usually, people face to the better side of the coin firstly, however it is not true about the Erasmus “way”. You should be strong and calm enough to go through this way, but in the end, you will get to the point and this experience will change your life once and for all.
Fortune sent me to France and France in its turn changed my life and my point of view. This country is just a multinational country where people from all over the world live in peace side by side. This multi-nationality gives an unforgettable sense of the new world without borders and I touched that world, I was a piece of something bigger than just a country.
After coming back, I have realised the meaning of the Erasmus and the things that they teach us is this bigger world. A unique, peaceful, green world where people live in love.
So, in the end, I would like to say that the Erasmus gives an almost unique chance for students, so every student must take the bull by the horns and get out of comfort zone to make this world a bit more interesting.
