Please create an account in our online recruitment system and apply online.
STEP 3.
Select a study programme
Select a study programme in our online recruitment system.
STEP 4.
Offer letter
To get the Offer Letter please fill in the necessary data and upload the most important documents
-High School diploma including a marksheet (original and sworn translation to English language)
-English Proficiency Certificate or the confirmation that English was the language of instruction at school.
-Health Certificate (only candidates for Nursing )
-Application Form (you will find it in the system at the last stage of the application process)
STEP 5.
Make payments
Upon receiving the Offer Letter, you are obliged to make payments of the Tuition and Application fees in one installment. You need to send us also missing documents.
STEP 6.
Acceptance Letter
You will get the Acceptance Letter with additional suport documents for the Visa process as soon as UITM receives the payment and the rest of application documents. Originals will be sent by a courier.
STEP 7.
Arrival to UITM
If You complete the visa procedure, You are obliged to contact The Specialist for Admissions about arrival date, time and place in order to organize Your accommodation and prepare all necessary documents. Make sure You submit all original documents upon arrival to Poland.
