On 9th of May we were celebrating Europe Day.
This day, every year celebrates peace and unity in Europe. The date marks the anniversary of the historic 'Schuman declaration’. At a speech in Paris in 1950, Robert Schuman, the then French foreign minister, set out his idea for a new form of political cooperation in Europe, which would make war between Europe’s nations unthinkable.
Though pandemic is making celebration impossible, EUROPE DIRECT Rzeszów and International Student Support Office would like to mark this special day.
From today to the end of May, in RA 107 you can pick free publications on European Union in Polish, English and French.
