The Start IT program . Cisco for Ukraine is specifically designed to assist Ukrainian refugees in developing their digital skills. This program is open to individuals who do not possess prior IT knowledge, as basic computer skills are sufficient to participate. It caters to those who are venturing into the field of technology or considering a career change that requires digital competencies. Additionally, the program offers advanced courses for individuals interested in enhancing their professional qualifications, such as obtaining new certifications. The program has set an ambitious goal of training 10,000 individuals within the next 2 years. It officially commenced on February 1, 2023, following an earlier pilot program. Start IT is an integral part of the Cisco Country Digital Acceleration (CDA) program in Poland and is made possible through the collaboration between Cisco and UITM.
