As a Kazakhstan Ambassador, Dayana represents her country while actively contributing to the international community at UITM, supporting cultural exchange and promoting global understanding.
Why Poland and UITM?
Dayana chose Poland for its strong academic standards, affordable education, and growing reputation as a destination for international students. UITM in Rzeszów stood out to her due to its modern, business oriented programmes, practical approach to education, and international environment.
Her first impression of Poland was shaped by its balance between tradition and modernity. She notes that Polish cities are rich in history while still offering the infrastructure and lifestyle that students need. Rzeszów, in particular, impressed her with its calm atmosphere, safety, and student friendly environment an ideal place to focus on studies while enjoying a high quality of life.
Academic Life and Personal Development
Studying International Business Management at UITM has given Dayana a solid foundation in global markets, management strategies, and cross cultural communication. She appreciates the practical focus of the programme, where theory is closely linked to real-world business cases. Working on group projects with students from different countries has helped her develop teamwork skills and an international mindset essential for a future career in business.
Life Beyond Studying
Outside the classroom, Dayana actively develops her passion for travelling. Living in Poland allows her to explore various Polish cities and experience different cultures across Europe. She believes that travelling enhances her understanding of global business environments and helps her grow personally by adapting to new situations and perspectives.
In addition, she enjoys meeting other international students, participating in cultural events, and representing Kazakhstan through everyday interactions. These experiences, she says, are a crucial part of studying abroad.
