Your University should send us the nominations first, and all application documents:
- Learning Agreement,
- scan of ID/passport,
- motivation letter (in English),
- Transcript of Records ID format picture for student ID,
- Signed consents.
The academic year 2025/2026 at UITM starts in October 2025 and ends in July 2026.
