UITM invites all Graduates to celebrate the achievement of their academic journey at the 2023 Graduation Ceremony.
It is a time of great pride and accomplishment, and we are eager to join you in commemorating this momentous occasion. We would like to congratulate this year’s graduates from the Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree of Management and IT.
The graduation will take place on the 25th of November 2023 (Saturday) at 10:00 a.m. and will be held at the KM8 Aula, at the Center for International Education in Kielnarowa. The ceremony will traditionally have a unique setting and will include: graduate gowns, mortarboards, speeches, congratulations, a commemorative photo session, a toast, a musical surprise, and refreshments.

We would like to inform our graduates that this year, mortarboards will not be provided as souvenirs. Graduates are kindly requested to return their birettas to the cloakroom along with their gowns. As for diplomas, graduates are allowed to take their diplomas with them but only for a commemorative session, both individual and group. Due to staff limitations, we will not be able to collect the diploma from the graduate before Graduation and arrange it in the appropriate order, as it was handed to them on stage by the Rector.
During the official part of the ceremony, the University Governance will present congratulatory letters to the graduates. Outstanding graduates with the best results will also be recognized, and a commemorative photo session is planned. We warmly invite the families and friends of our graduates to participate in this momentous occasion. After the official part of the ceremony, we welcome everyone to join us for a toast and refreshments prepared by the Alumni Club.

Membership in the UITM Graduate Club is free and guarantees many opportunities for personal and professional development. Membership in the Alumni Club will allow us to maintain contact with each other and provide current information about important events organized by our University.
