In November 2021, students from the School of Leaders group with the specialization in Aviation Management represented the university at the international business and aviation fair DUBAI AIRSHOW.

The team consisting of: Kamila Szłapczyńska, Jakub Zboch and Radosław Młynarczyk, three students of Aviation Management, had the opportunity to see the latest civil aviation machines, transport and military aircraft, various types of helicopters and private jets up close.

The air shows were combined with a several-day conference and STARTUP-VISTA exhibitions. DUBAI AIRSHOW focused on promoting the use of new technologies, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, robotics and automation in aviation. New products and innovative solutions in the business aviation sector, aircraft interior design and optimization, air travel safety and airspace management were presented. During the air shows, you could admire the aerial acrobatics of outstanding pilots. The new wide-body Boeing 777-9X with its characteristic folded wingtips attracted special attention. This high-performance aircraft demonstrated its capabilities by performing very demanding maneuvers, including practically vertical take-off and flight in extreme bank.

Participation in DUBAI AIRSHOW 2021 would not be possible without the financial support of the university and the project sponsor. We are very glad that the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów, of which we are students, has agreed to support our initiative. In addition, we would also like to thank Mr. Waldemar Lussa, president of Seacom Sp. z o. o., for co-financing the trip. Participation in DUBAI AIRSHOW was a very developing experience for us – emphasizes the entire team.
