Human Resources Consulting Department at UITM is responsible for professional staff recruitment in line with the University’s continuous development. Since its inception, HR Consulting Department has been providing services in the field of human capital management support.

The key tasks of HR Consulting Department include:

  • Analysis of staffing needs
  • Comprehensive implementation of recruitment processes
  • Onboarding and offboarding
  • Planning and coordinating periodic employee evaluations
  • Planning and coordinating semester evaluations
  • Creating training programs and providing training services for the University’s needs
  • Identification and analysis of training needs

Additionally, in cooperation with the UITM Careers Service, we provide services in the field of career counseling.

Our recruitment process typically involves several stages:

  • Submitting application documents for a specific job offer.
  • After a positive assessment of the documentation, selected candidates are invited to an interview with a Personal Advisor and the head of the unit, dean or vice-dean of the relevant College.
  • The next stage in the case of research and teaching staff is to prepare a 10-minute presentation on a topic of their choice and present it to the University Authorities.
  • After successful completion of the recruitment process, the candidate is presented with an offer.
