A graduate of Bachelor degree studies in Aviation Management.
He works in a Revenue Management team at Austrian Airlines. Earlier, he worked as a passenger service agent at two international airports. Looking into the future, he enjoys the opportunities he has at a well-known airline and would like to become a pilot or develop himself further in the commercial branch of aviation.

I have been dreaming of working in aviation since I was 13 years old. In the beginning, it was mainly the job of a pilot that was my dream. However, later I found out that there are many interesting commercial and operational roles in the industry. My career started in 2019, when I worked as a passenger service agent at the Warsaw Chopin airport. In the same year, I started my Bachelor’s studies at UITM and worked simultaneously.

Thanks to the university and the Aviation Management Club, I had a chance to travel to Dubai Air Show 2021 along with my two best friends I got to know during my studies. Moreover, I obtained an IATA certificate in Ground Operations, which confirms my knowledge and skills needed in the operational positions at airports.

After finishing my Bachelor’s studies, I decided to study for a further 2 years in a Master’s program at Vienna University of Economics and Business. Thanks to my experience in Poland, I got the job of service agent at Austrian Airlines, and at the beginning of 2024, I switched to a commercial role in the Revenue Management department, and I am currently working as an intern in a team responsible for price steering of the whole European flight network of Austrian Airlines.

Successful application at the Viennese university and switching to the commercial position at the airline, which gives me a lot of opportunities, would not have been possible without my studies at UITM. Even today, I still use my notes and lecturers’ presentations from Aviation Management courses.
